I had a truly wonderful experience at Lake Wylie Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the office had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient everything was—minimal wait time for my scheduled appointment! I was seen by Jennifer Lopez, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. She took the time to clearly explain the procedure I would be undergoing and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. OMG! I would give Jenn 50 stars if I could. I’ve been getting Botox for a little over a year and have had good and bad experiences. This place was the best! I drove an hour from Matthews and an hour back but I would do it again in a heartbeat. 💗 As a single mom on a budget who looks for a deal but doesn’t want to risk bad results at the same time…Jenn was exactly what I dreamed of. Affordable pricing, top notch skills and expertise and incredible results. What more could you want? I felt so comfortable with her and her honesty and amazing spirit is why I plan on going back. She knew things we didn't expect a dermatologist to ever know, which was amazing since my partner has some preexisting medical issues (non-dermatology related) and she already knew what to do. I went to Lake Wylie dermatology to have some moles removed. I was in the care of Jennifer Lopez, she was absolutely the sweetest. All of the staff I interacted with were truly amazing, and I really can’t recommend this clinic enough. I was completely comfortable the whole time, nurse Lopez took very good care of me in making sure nothing hurt, etc….If you’re looking for somewhere more relaxed, with a personal connection, this is it. Prices are absolutely competitive as well, I always expect offices to overcharge, but I was pleasantly surprised with this aspect of care too. I’ll definitely be back for any derm needs, I’ve found my new favorite place.May 20, 2025
